Goldrush Potchefstroom Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Eligibility

Goldrush Potchefstroom provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and older. All users must complete FICA verification by submitting valid identification and proof of residence before accessing any services. Each user is permitted only one account, and any duplicate registrations will result in immediate account closure.

2. Financial Transactions

All deposits must originate from a bank account in the registered user’s name. Deposits exceeding R10,000 require a verifiable source-of-funds document. Withdrawals are processed only after deposits have been wagered at least once. Delays may occur if additional verification is needed. Credit-based play or third-party payments are not permitted.

3. Gameplay Conduct and Compliance

Players agree to use the platform for personal entertainment only. Manipulation of games, software tampering, or the use of unauthorised programs is strictly forbidden. Goldrush Potchefstroom reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of fair play standards.

4. Promotional Offers and Bonus Terms

Promotions are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, and specific eligibility rules. Misuse of promotions, including multi-accounting or bonus abuse, will result in account penalties or disqualification from future offers.

5. Data Protection and User Privacy

6. System Access and Technical Limitations

While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, Goldrush Potchefstroom is not liable for downtime due to technical faults, maintenance or external issues. Affected bets may be voided if service disruption occurs during gameplay.

7. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or closed if found in breach of these Terms, or if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Users can request voluntary self-exclusion through support for responsible gambling purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution

Customers should first raise disputes with the support team. If unresolved, matters can be escalated to the North West Gambling Board. Goldrush Potchefstroom complies with all applicable South African gaming regulations.

9. Service Modifications

Goldrush Potchefstroom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or promotions without prior notice. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
